Crazy priced HDMI cable!

So I was looking for an HDMI cable and did a Google search. One was £4.99, one was £1.99, one was £9.50. Fine.

And one was £2,999.99 - just a penny off £3,000! That's $4,250 US dollars. This is crazy! either the cable works or it doesn't, so how on earth can the price be justified? I wouldn't buy that even if I was a lottery winner!
