Run cpu performance tests using WinsatHave you used the Windows System Assessment Tools recently? What, you've never heard of it? It isn't surprising because this is a hidden utility on the disk drive and it is not on the Start menu or in the Control Panel. Winsat.exe is a utility that can be found in the C:\Windows\System32 folder and it can be used to measure the performance of different components in the PC and to measure how fast they are.
